Variety: 100% Tinta de Toro

Our wine, with 6 months in Bordeaux-type barrel of French oak, modern, young, fruity, fresh and elegant, supported on very ripe grapes.

Tasting notes:

  • Visual stage: High layer in cardinal red with purple edges in fine layer.
  • Olfactory stage: Expressive in the nose with noticeable minerals provided by the soil, and spice hints on a base of ripe red fruit.

  • Packaged a cardboard box of 6 bottles of 75 ml, in a individual cardboard box or in wood box mixed with a bottle of Juan Rojo and Libranza.

  • Being a wine with fewer months in barrel highlights especially the fruit, it would combine with cow cheese and mixed cheese, with no very strong flavour but fatty, with cold meat and less fatty meats as poultries.
